Terms of Service.

By authorizing ZEON ("the Engine") into your Discord guild or interacting with its infrastructure, you establish a binding cryptographic agreement to these Terms of Service. If you decline these parameters, you must instantly terminate the connection and eject the Engine from your servers. Continued interaction constitutes implicit protocol acceptance.

The Engine is engineered for elite server moderation, telemetry logging, zero-latency audio streaming, and high-fidelity utility operations. However, you are strictly forbidden from:

• -> Reverse-engineering the bot's private API or core algorithms.
• -> Weaponizing the moderation suite for malicious server raids.
• -> Automating API requests to artificially inflate metrics.
• -> Violating the Discord Developer Terms of Service via proxy.

ZEON temporarily caches non-sensitive metadata (e.g., Snowflake IDs, volatile message states) strictly to execute anti-nuke and moderation directives. We do not aggregate user conversations for external profiling. By deploying the bot, server administrators assume full liability for configuring logging modules in compliance with local privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Access to enterprise-grade infrastructure (ZEON Premium) is provisioned via localized payment gateways.

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate allocation of dedicated computing resources, we do not issue refunds unless there is a catastrophic failure on our bare-metal servers that persists for 72+ hours. Subscription evasion or chargebacks will result in a permanent, network-wide hardware ban across all affiliated servers.

The Engine is provided "AS IS", without warranties of hyper-availability. While our bare-metal shards maintain high uptime, we are not legally or financially liable for unauthorized guild breaches, data loss, or punitive damages resulting from user misconfiguration of the anti-nuke or permission-hierarchy modules. The administrator assumes ultimate responsibility for configuring safeguards.
