ZEON operates exclusively as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) infrastructure. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical hardware, merchandise, or tangible goods. All transactions strictly grant access to digital resources, premium commands, or specialized computing bandwidth.

Upon successful cryptographic validation of a transaction via our payment gateways, the Engine utilizes an automated webhook bridge to execute instant deployment.

• -> Premium nodes and specialized command architecture are unlocked immediately.
• -> No manual intervention or external download is required.

Because the Engine relies on decentralized cloud computing rather than physical logistics, our premium digital assets and subscriptions are globally available to any jurisdiction that permits interaction with Discord's core services. There are zero geographical restrictions on deployment.

In extremely rare cases involving Discord API desynchronization or payment gateway lag, digital delivery may be delayed by up to 5 minutes. If your server infrastructure does not reflect the upgraded status within this timeframe, the transaction is logged as anomalous. You must ping the support staff with your transaction ID to force manual synchronization.
