Shipping & Delivery

ZEON is a strictly digital service (a Discord Bot). As such, no physical products are shipped or delivered to any physical address. All purchases made through our platform are for digital subscriptions, server perks, or virtual items.

Delivery of our digital services is automated and typically instantaneous.

• Upon successful payment confirmation by our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), our system automatically flags your account or server as Premium.
• You will immediately gain access to premium commands, higher limits, and advanced dashboard configurations.
• A receipt and order confirmation will be emailed to you by the payment processor.

In rare cases, network latency or API rate limits may cause a delay in your premium status reflecting on your Discord server.

• If your premium status is not activated within 15 minutes of purchase, try running a command in your server to force a cache refresh.
• If the issue persists beyond 1 hour, please join our Support Server and open a billing ticket with your transaction ID. We will manually force the sync.
