ZEON ("the Engine") strictly caches essential operational metadata required for executing anti-nuke, moderation, and infrastructure commands. This includes Discord IDs (Guilds, Users, Channels, Roles), command execution timestamps, and temporary message states necessary for active threat mitigation. We do not mass-harvest or archive personal user data.

All message content processed by our moderation filters or anti-raid systems exists exclusively in volatile memory (RAM).

• -> Messages are analyzed in real-time and instantaneously purged from active memory.
• -> We do not write user conversations or direct messages to permanent storage disks.
• -> The only exception is explicit error logs required for debugging critical infrastructure failures.

Your server architecture is yours. ZEON operates under a strict Zero-Sale policy. We will absolutely never sell, distribute, or expose your telemetry data, server statistics, or user behavior patterns to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external analytics firms.

Persistent settings, configuration parameters, and authorized integrations are stored in heavily encrypted, sandboxed databases. Only the core Engine has internal routing permissions to query this data. Human staff cannot view or access your private configuration parameters without direct infrastructure clearance during an active support ticket.

If you eject ZEON from your guild, the Engine will automatically orphan your configuration data. If you require a complete, hard-wipe erasure of your server's existence from our databases (GDPR Right to be Forgotten), you must submit an eradication request via our official support channels. Data destruction will be processed within 72 hours.
