Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ZEON Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further automated charges will be made to your payment method.
  • Cancellations can be managed instantly via the dashboard or through your Stripe/PayPal billing portal.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because ZEON provides digital, irrevocable services upon activation, our standard policy is that all sales are final. However, we issue refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
  • If premium features completely fail to activate on your server within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Requests made within 3 days (72 hours) of initial purchase if you are completely dissatisfied with the service (first-time buyers only).

Note: Renewal charges are not eligible for the 3-day satisfaction refund. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We will strictly decline refund requests under the following conditions:

  • If your Discord account or Server is banned from ZEON for violating our Terms of Service.
  • If your Discord account is disabled by Discord's Trust & Safety team.
  • If you "forgot" to cancel your subscription before it automatically renewed.
  • Disputing a charge via your bank/PayPal without contacting our support team first (doing so will result in an immediate blacklist).

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please open a billing ticket in our official Discord server or email us at support@zeonbot.xyz with your Discord ID and transaction receipt. Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
