Refund Policy.

ZEON ("the Engine") operates on a strict, absolute NO REFUND protocol. By initializing a premium subscription or executing a one-time purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing instant access to digital infrastructure and bare-metal computing resources. All transactions are completely final.

Because premium features require the immediate allocation of dedicated database shards, routing priority, and high-bandwidth audio nodes, the service is considered fully delivered the moment the transaction clears. We cannot recover computational overhead once it has been provisioned to your server.

You are solely responsible for managing your active subscriptions.

• -> Subscriptions automatically renew unless manually terminated prior to the billing cycle.
• -> Failure to cancel before a renewal date does not qualify you for a partial or full refund.
• -> Cancellation simply halts future billing; your current access remains active until the cycle ends.

Attempting to bypass this strict No Refund policy by initiating a fraudulent chargeback or bank dispute will result in immediate, automated retaliation by the Engine. Your Discord account, affiliated servers, and payment profiles will be permanently blacklisted from the entire ZEON ecosystem and our partner networks.

The only recognized exception to this directive is a catastrophic, multi-regional infrastructure failure on our bare-metal shards that renders the bot completely offline and unusable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours. In such extremely rare anomalies, manual compensation or SLA credits may be distributed at the sole discretion of the engineering team.
